SOUPSTER FAMILY

Whistleblowing

Below you will find more information about the Soupster Family’s whistleblowing channel, which allows stakeholders to anonymously report any misconduct or actions that go against Soupster’s Code of Conduct.

Whistleblowing – what, why & how?

The whistleblowing channel is an anonymous and confidential reporting tool for Soupster’s stakeholders (such as employees, partners, or customers) who have observed potential misconduct or behavior that goes against our values or Code of Conduct, and wish to bring it to the attention of the company leadership.

Each report triggers an impartial investigation, and all cases are reviewed thoroughly. Reports may concern, for example, potential illegal activities or clear violations of the Soupster Family’s Code of Conduct.

Please note that ordinary complaints or customer feedback do not fall within the scope of whistleblowing and serious misconduct — we are happy to receive those through our regular channels.

Protecting the anonymity of the whistleblower is of utmost importance in order to ensure that fear of negative consequences does not prevent reports from being made.

Soupster Family encourages all stakeholders to report any misconduct without hesitation. This helps us operate responsibly and transparently.

Our values (Fun, Continuous Improvement & Caring) and the Soupster Code of Conduct guide our everyday work, and our employees are committed to following them, in addition to all applicable laws.

First Whistle

Soupster uses the First Whistle service to ensure full anonymity. This external, certified service guarantees that reports can be submitted completely anonymously, and the system is secure from any risk of misuse. Only a few designated individuals have access to the platform, and they process each report promptly and in accordance with established protocol.

Reports can be submitted anonymously, but it is also possible to include contact information if desired. The system generates an anonymous ID and access key for the whistleblower, allowing them to return to the report and engage in a confidential and anonymous dialogue with the case handlers. The encrypted platform guides the user through the reporting process.

It is important to provide as much detail as possible about the incident; additional information can also be uploaded in the form of attachments or images.

The whistleblowing channel can be used to report concerns related to all units and companies within the Soupster Family group.

Soupsterin Code of Conduct

All our employees are committed to carrying out their work in accordance with the Soupster Family Code of Conduct and with respect for our core values.
